Oakdale Industrial Estate

From 2012, SBA was commissioned by Goodman to masterplan the Oakdale Industrial Estate stretching across Horsley Park & Kemps Creek NSW.
In total the estate encompasses four precincts; Oakdale Central, Oakdale South, Oakdale West & Oakdale East having a total developable site area of 377ha.
As part of the Masterplanning process of this State Significant Development, SBA was required to interpret complex site-specific issues to produce functional layouts capable of servicing a range of industrial tenants and their transport needs.
SBA’s engagement included concept design, design development to DA & full construction documentation for the delivery of 66 industrial facilities ranging in building area from 6,000sqm up to 200,000sqm.
Tenants include Coles, Amazon, Auspost, Primary Connect, Brickworks, Austral Masonry, Toyota, Sigma, Briggs & Stratton Iron Mountain.
