Aspect Industrial Estate

Aspect at Kemps Creek is a 56 hectare industrial estate within the Mamre Road Precinct in Western Sydney. The Mirvac development, when complete, will deliver nine premium grade warehouse and logistics facilities, including a café.

Inspired by nature, the distinct design developed in collaboration with Mirvac pushes the possibilities of industrial architecture, creating a landmark within the emerging industrial precinct surrounding the new Western Sydney Airport.

The execution of each building focuses on clean lines and careful materiality, providing a refined, high end industrial experience that supports the estate’s humanistic design ethos, creating inspirational places where people live, work and gather.

The warehouse for Winning Services is the second to be completed by SBA at Mirvac’s Aspect Industrial Estate in Kemps Creek.

Innovation has been a defining feature of the estate, with the café incorporating 3D printed construction methods – a first for the precinct and a demonstration of Mirvac’s and SBA’s shared commitment to progressive, sustainable construction technologies.

SBA has played an integral role in the delivery of the estate, from early planning through to concept design and construction delivery. SBA has delivered five buildings at Aspect Estate, including major facilities for CEVA Logistics and Winning Services, demonstrating our expertise in masterplanning, architecture and interior design.
