Located in the $51 million Oakdale East Industrial Estate, this e-commerce fulfilment centre is a single level (with mezzanine) industrial facility designed to suit complex e-commerce operations.

Charged with the Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation, SBA placed the building in an optimal position on the estate to work as best as possible with existing grades, fire safety and egress design strategies.

Also considering stringent vehicular movement and pedestrian safety strategies, existing site conditions and grading, SBA designed a recessed hardstand which accommodates recessed docks placed on the Northern side of the building. In addition, a unique multi-level racking system meets egress and fire protection requirements.
