David brings a wealth of experience to SBA, particularly in specialty warehousing and manufacturing, BIM management and team leadership. He has extensive experience in frozen and chilled warehousing projects, as well as highbay and multi-level processing towers. David’s ability to produce outstanding 3D construction documentation, along with his expertise in all areas of project and BIM management, have helped develop the quality of construction documentation that sets SBA apart.
The senior architect responsible for delivering Amazon’s new $350m facility in Kemps Creek, David previously worked with BECA, managing key clients such as Swire, Versacold, Austrak, Nestle, Bidvest and Tesco. He is also experienced in water filtration plants, aviation, commercial multi-storey buildings and high-rise office towers. His ability to lead large project teams and deliver on all client specifications has made him a name in the industry.
David has worked on numerous Nestle food production facilities, including Nestle Malaysia Chembong chocolate biscuit facility, Nestle Shah Alam noodle facility, Nestle Malaysia Shah Alam chocolate drink facility and Australian NSW Smithtown Milo facility. He was also integral to the NH Foods beef processing facilities in both Oakdale in Queensland, Wingham in NSW, as well as Qantas Q Catering food facility at Brisbane International Airport. More recently, David worked on Beak & Johnston’s piemaking facility at Arndell Park.
