Located within the ESR Greenlink Industrial Estate, Amazon’s Fulfilment Centre is a purpose-built, high-capacity logistics facility supporting Amazon’s expanding e-commerce operations across Victoria. The 52,000 sqm facility spans two levels and is designed to accommodate up to four million products, including both standard-size and oversize inventory.

SBA was engaged to deliver the concept design and develop the architectural documentation required to obtain planning approval in accordance with the Casey Planning Scheme.

The design was developed to meet Amazon’s operational requirements, incorporating a flexible internal layout that supports high-density racking systems, multi-level storage zones, and automated material handling.
