Situated at Goodman’s Oakdale West Industrial Estate in Kemps Creek, this Amazon Robotics Sortable (ARS) fulfillment centre was the first multi-level warehouse in Australia with a total building area of 200,000sqm across 4 levels.
Equipped with advanced robotic technology, this fulfilment centre was the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere & is capable of housing 20 million e-commerce items plus create approximately 1,500 local jobs.
SBA was engaged by Goodman & novated to Qanstruct (Aust) for the provision of specialised services from design, design development and construction documentation.
