Winner of Best Industrial Development at the 2024 UDIA NSW & Urban Property Awards for Excellence, ESR Australia’s development for DHL’s Supply Chain is a temperature-controlled warehouse in Western Sydney. The temperature controlled, pharmaceutical graded industrial facility comprises an internal mezzanine, cold chain facility and 19 recessed docks, as well as a two-storey office, 2 two-storey dock offices and a specially designed, landscaped forecourt with open seating area.

SBA undertook the Design, DA and Construction Documentation of the DHL/ESR Development, which has been registered for a 5 Star, Green Star Rating certificate due to the vast range of sustainable design and construction practices that were implemented throughout the delivery.
