SBA was commissioned for the masterplanning of the Oakdale East Industrial Estate which includes the concept, design and detailed construction documentation of four warehouses and a 10,400 sqm masonry plant.

Careful coordination with the tenant’s manufacturing equipment and processes was critical. Specific technical requirements were encapsulated within the building design to accommodate: the plant and equipment, 18 metre building height, raw materials handling and processing, plus material and product conveying systems.
