ESR Australia’s development for DHL’s Supply Chain is a temperature-controlled warehouse within the Bringelly Road Business Hub, Leppington. This 36,000 sqm pharmaceutical grade warehouse & distribution centre has recently been awarded the 2024 UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group Award for Excellence in Industrial Development.

SBA was engaged for the Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation achieving a 5 Star, Green Star Rating through sustainable design and construction practices that were implemented throughout the project delivery.
