SBA worked with Corporate Financial Services to deliver a functional and contemporary workspace design. The project required reducing the office space while maintaining breakout areas and encouraging a return to the office by creating a workplace employees want to come back to.

To promote healthy working habits and prioritise ergonomics, all workstations are designed to be sit-to-stand. Balancing collaborative and quiet working zones, the space gives employees the flexibility to work in their preferred environment.

Paying close attention to every detail, elevated finishes are incorporated in circulation, breakout and meeting areas, while warm lighting creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The monochrome palette reflects the client’s corporate branding, for a cohesive and sophisticated look and feel.
