The client, Mirvac, wanted to push the design envelope and create a distinguished look and feel that would set the standard above comparable facilities. Located on the corner of the M4 and M7 motorways, Calibre is a pinnacle industrial development of five facilities with major tenants including Miele Appliances, ACFS Logistics, Pet Circle, Sheldon & Hammand, and Ceva.
SBA was involved with the masterplanning and design of the entire estate totalling 110,500 sqm with a realised project value of $200M.
