This 3,100 sqm warehouse facility and a 1,600 sqm showroom for Brickworks is located at the entrance to the Oakdale East Industrial Estate.
Its prominent corner site was an opportunity to showcase the Brickworks product on the building facade, setting the tone for the dynamic and collaborative space for customers and staff.Stephen Jeffery | Senior Associate
SBA undertook the Masterplanning, DA, Design Development and Detailed Construction Documentation, as well as coordinating the fit-out design that also included an extensive outdoor display area for masonry, bricks and pavers.
The multi-faceted building houses a head office, warehouse, showroom and customer facilities, ensuring cohesion between the staff and clients.
