Located within the ESR Greenlink Industrial Estate, Amazon’s Fulfilment Centre is a purpose-built, high-capacity logistics facility supporting Amazon’s expanding e-commerce operations across Victoria. The 52,000 sqm facility spans two levels and is designed to accommodate up to four million products, including both standard-size and oversize inventory.
Commissioned by Mirvac, SBA undertook the masterplanning and design of the Calibre Industrial Estate at Eastern Creek NSW.
Aspect at Kemps Creek is a 56 hectare industrial estate within the Mamre Road Precinct in Western Sydney. The Mirvac development, when complete, will deliver nine premium grade warehouse and logistics facilities, including a café.
Altitude is a premier logistics estate in southwest Sydney. Ideally located to intersect major transport routes, Altitude is located within the 300-hectare Aeria precinct, which also includes Bankstown Airport, and consists of 152,000 sqm of warehousing and office space.
