Commissioned by Mirvac, SBA undertook the masterplanning and design of the Calibre Industrial Estate at Eastern Creek NSW.
Aspect at Kemps Creek is a 56-hectare Industrial Estate within the Mamre Road Precinct in Western Sydney. The Mirvac development when complete will deliver nine premium grade warehouse logistics facilities including a cafe.
Altitude is a premier logistics estate in southwest Sydney. Ideally located to intersect major transport routes, Altitude is located within the 300-hectare Aeria precinct, which also includes Bankstown Airport, and consists of 152,000 sqm of warehousing and office space.
