SBA delivered a 9,000sqm warehouse facility with an associated 1,000sqm office and undercroft parking, located within Gazcorp’s Momentum M7 Industrial Estate.
Cream masonry, warm timber soffits and white screening following the rectilinear glazing pattern to give the development a striking, contemporary facade.
The project secured development approval via State Significant Development (SSD), reflecting the scale and strategic significance of the facility within the broader estate.
