SBA collaborated with Mirvac on this high-specification industrial warehouse facility as part of the Calibre Industrial Estate. Briefed to prepare the concept and develop the detailed design for construction, SBA undertook and delivered this project to the level of quality that Mirvac demands and ensuring that this quality was maintained during the construction period.
Always seeking to push the design envelope, this is an environmentally sustainable design with a unique outdoor area. The office’s innovative facade design incorporates a cladding system that changes colour across different daylight conditions & viewing angles.
In terms of quality of design, the Calibre Industrial Estate is considered a benchmark across the Industrial sector.
